Screen Acting

In exploring the demands of screen acting, we look at the energy, concentration, and the technical imperatives in support of an actor's naturalism and realism in what is an intimate medium of fine detail.
Our programmes for screen acting are, as with all our coaching, adapted to meet the needs of the individual client. All of the work however is built upon founding principles of the need for truthfulness, concentration and relaxation with respect to acting for camera, and involves approaches to the questions of the need for:

Truth in character serving the story and drama.

Concentration: inhabiting imaginary circumstances.

Availability to the viewer.

Trust and rapport: respect for colleagues and team.
