Policy for cancellations and rescheduling bookings

Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at the full session rate.

Rescheduling to another day from the original booking

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked session to another day from the original booking will be charged at the full session rate.

Rescheduling to another slot on the same day as the original booking

Rescheduling a booked session to another slot if available on the same day as the original booking may be accommodated at no additional cost. The 24 hour notice period will not apply in this event.

Please note that, although there will be no additional charge if a slot is available on the same day as the original booking, we strongly advise a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule since there is no guarantee of availability. Postponement to another day may be the only option, and in that event the full session fee will be payable.

Replacements

Please note that if you cannot attend the scheduled session and can find a replacement to take your place, there will be no administrative charge for the replacement.

Punctuality

Good time-keeping in our clients is an expectation within our coaching as it is within the acting profession.

Time lost through late arrival of the client and thus commencement of a booked session will not be made up at the end of the session and the session will be payable in full.

Cancellations and rescheduling by Actors Space

Actors Space is operated by working actors and notice to us to attend auditions by potential employers in the industry is usually at least 24 hours. However, notice for attendance at an audition can occasionally be less that 24 hours.

Although we will endeavour to ensure our Actors Space clients receive notice at the earliest possible time in the event of a booked session slot becoming unavailable within 24 hours of a booked Actors Space session, we reserve the right to seek to reschedule booked sessions, giving notice within 24 hours of the booked session to our Actors Space clients, at no cost to ourselves nor any additional charge to our Actors Space clients.
